We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and people-focused Head of B2B Sales to establish and scale our sales team in Belgium. This is a foundational role, offering the opportunity to be the pioneer and face of the Belgian market within a thriving international organisation. As we expand the B2B segment in this key market, you'll be responsible for building the team, defining the local strategy, and securing business wins. You'll drive strategies that resonate locally while leveraging the scale, resources, and collaborative support of a global team. You will be based in Brussels and will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading our B2B sales team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can set the vision, build the operational structure based on current best practices, and personally drive early sales success while simultaneously recruiting and coaching the future team.
Job Responsibility:
Ownership & Growth Launch: Take full ownership of B2B revenue in Belgium, including market sizing, budget planning, goal setting, and initial direct sales. Ensuring the market consistently meets ambitious launch and growth targets and is ready to scale
Building a high-performing Sales Team: Recruit, build, and train the B2B sales team for Belgium. When established, actively coach and inspire your team in a consistent manner
Strategic Execution: Co-create and implement a bespoke, data-driven sales strategy to localize and maximize revenue and ambitiously expand our business across Belgium
Global Voice & Collaboration: Represent the Belgian market within Arrive's international business, collaborating closely with European and Global leadership to share local insights and influence our GTM best practices and product direction
Operational Excellence: Establish the effective use of CRM and structured sales processes to maximize team efficiency and sales excellence as the team grows
Requirements:
Proven B2B Sales & Leadership in Belgium: At least 2 years of direct leadership experience and a successful track record of driving significant growth and exceeding business goals within a B2B setting, ideally in an Inside Sales and/or SaaS environment
People-First Management: Experience in recruiting, leading, inspiring, and developing a sales team, with a genuine ability to coach individuals to achieve their full potential
Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with a pragmatic, data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making
Essential Language Skills: You are Fluent in Dutch/Flemish, French, and English
International Exposure: Experience working with international teams and a desire to work in a global environment
