Job Responsibility:

  • Team Leadership & Scaling: Lead, actively recruit, coach and train, and inspire the team while overseeing performance, development, and recruitment
  • Ownership & Growth: Take full ownership of B2B revenue in Norway, including budget planning and goal setting, ensuring the market consistently meets growth targets through team performance and local initiatives
  • Strategic Execution: Design and implement data-driven sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand ambitiously our market footprint across Norway
  • Global Voice: Represent the Norwegian market within Arrive's international business, collaborating closely with Nordic, European, and global leadership to share best practices and influence product direction for continued growth
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective use of CRM and structured sales processes to maximize team efficiency and sales excellence as the team scales

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B Sales Leadership: At least 3 years of experience and a successful track record of driving significant growth and exceeding business goals within a B2B setting, ideally in an Inside Sales and/or SaaS environment
  • People-First Management: Experience in leading, inspiring, and developing a sales team, with a genuine ability to coach individuals to achieve their full potential
  • Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with a pragmatic, data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making
  • Essential Language Skills: You are Fluent in both Norwegian and English
  • International Exposure: Experience working with international teams and a desire to thrive in a global environment
