Job Description

We are seeking a Head of B2B Marketing Communications (d/f/m) to join our B2B Marketing team. In this role, you will orchestrate all B2B communications, manage existing channels, and drive the development of new ones. As the gatekeeper of our new communication framework, you will ensure that all messaging and content aligns with strategic guidelines and business objectives. You will lead and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring a well-structured and timely flow of content across all channels. You’ll lead a team of three, ensuring our messaging reaches the right audience at the right time and through the most impactful channels. This position requires a cross-functional mindset and the ability to collaborate with various departments to elevate our B2B brand presence.

Job Responsibility

  • Orchestrate a comprehensive B2B Marketing Communications strategy tailored to the needs of customers in the automotive industry, advertising network, and dealer network
  • Oversee the development and execution of the annual communication plan and content calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of all communications and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Develop and implement content strategies tailored to diverse B2B audiences
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously enhance our communication approach
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the B2B Marketing Communications team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
  • Align messaging and strategy across all communication channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Creative Studio and Data teams to ensure unified messaging

  • Support advertising sales teams by constructing compelling narratives and stories that excite and inspire advertisers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B content management or marketing roles
  • Proven expertise in orchestrating multi-channel B2B communication strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Advanced analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate and optimize campaign performance
  • High proficiency in both German (native or equivalent) and English (business fluent), with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with content management systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience applying AI solutions to real-world marketing challenges
  • Proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
