We are seeking a Head of B2B Marketing Communications (d/f/m) to join our B2B Marketing team. In this role, you will orchestrate all B2B communications, manage existing channels, and drive the development of new ones. As the gatekeeper of our new communication framework, you will ensure that all messaging and content aligns with strategic guidelines and business objectives. You will lead and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring a well-structured and timely flow of content across all channels. You’ll lead a team of three, ensuring our messaging reaches the right audience at the right time and through the most impactful channels. This position requires a cross-functional mindset and the ability to collaborate with various departments to elevate our B2B brand presence.
Job Responsibility:
Orchestrate a comprehensive B2B Marketing Communications strategy tailored to the needs of customers in the automotive industry, advertising network, and dealer network
Oversee the development and execution of the annual communication plan and content calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery
Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of all communications and ensure alignment with business goals
Develop and implement content strategies tailored to diverse B2B audiences
Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously enhance our communication approach
Lead, mentor, and develop the B2B Marketing Communications team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
Align messaging and strategy across all communication channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Creative Studio and Data teams to ensure unified messaging
Plan and execute impactful communication campaigns, including advertiser engagement and product launches
Ensure the creation of high-quality, targeted content such as newsletters, case studies, and webinars to support dealer needs and advertising leads
Leverage digital marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, email) to maximize reach and engagement with our B2B audience
Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance, making data-driven improvements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, while maintaining a critical and thoughtful approach
Develop and manage dealer-focused events and webinars to strengthen relationships and drive engagement
Design innovative event formats and explore new co-financing models to maximize value for dealers and Mobile.de
Work closely with industry leaders and the Client Engagement Team to ensure event relevance, impact, and alignment with strategic goals
Use market research and data insights to demonstrate how advertising with Mobile.de supports OEMs in selling more new cars
Support advertising sales teams by constructing compelling narratives and stories that excite and inspire advertisers
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in B2B content management or marketing roles
Proven expertise in orchestrating multi-channel B2B communication strategies
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Advanced analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate and optimize campaign performance
High proficiency in both German (native or equivalent) and English (business fluent), with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with content management systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms
Solid understanding and hands-on experience applying AI solutions to real-world marketing challenges
Proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Nice to have:
Experience in the automotive or tech industry
Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools or automation platforms
Background in change management or organizational transformation
