Job Responsibility:
Lead the strategic direction and delivery of world-class conferences, meetings, corporate off-sites, and high-level networking experiences
Drive the full lifecycle of major events, from strategic vision and innovative concept development to flawless international delivery and post-event evaluation
Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, shape the M.I.C.E. roadmap, identify new revenue opportunities, and champion creative, sustainable, high-impact event solutions
Inspire and mentor a talented team of event specialists
Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business development opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and internal teams
Foster long-term client partnerships
Oversee complex logistics, manage budgets, and embed best practice
Support vendor sourcing, negotiation and booking
Requirements:
A minimum of eight years in the M.I.C.E. or events industry
At least three years in a senior event leadership role
A proven track record of delivering high-value corporate events globally
Experience managing complex budgets, timelines, and logistics under pressure
A deep understanding of global M.I.C.E trends and emerging technologies
In-depth knowledge of global destinations and cultural nuances
Proficiency in CRM systems and budget management tools
Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
The ability to travel frequently (domestically and internationally) and have a valid passport
