This role sits within Airline Commercial and Network Planning & B2B Sales (SD_0654) and reports to Director Network Planning & B2B Sales. The role will be published until 10th of April 2026. This vacancy can be located at any of our headquarters of our AOC locations - namely Luton, Rijswijk, Zaventem, Stockholm or Hannover.
Job Responsibility:
Shape and lead end-to-end B2B commercial strategy, translating market insights into actionable plans
Steer strategic partnerships with major tour operators, both external and internal
Drive revenue growth through contracting excellence, commanding complex negotiations for seasonal and multi-year agreements
Lead a high-performing multi-market team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Champion data-driven sales excellence to inform strategic decisions and optimize portfolio
Act as the authoritative B2B commercial voice in strategic airline forums, influencing cross-functional planning and shaping long-term network and fleet strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience leading supra-national, large-scale B2B sales or key account management functions in aviation or tourism with clear accountability for P&L or revenue responsibility
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-million-dollar contract negotiations with major partners
Deep expertise in yield management, margin optimization, and multi-market revenue dynamics
Experience aligning senior leaders and cross-functional teams within complex, multinational organizations
Experience motivating multi-market commercial teams and fostering an engaged culture, including working in agile environments
Comfortable working with complex data sets and commercial analytics to inform strategy
Deep understanding of the tour operator business ecosystem and customer needs
Excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and fluency in English
Additional European languages are advantageous, with German being a plus
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting market conditions
