Build the aviation team/division for one of the industry's genuinely top international insurance brokers. Equity on offer to reward short and long term success. This could be an excellent fit if you're a current aviation leader with certain frustrations at your current Lloyd's Broker or perhaps you're an experienced Aviation Producer, maybe a #2 seeking that step up into a Head of Aviation role.
