Job Responsibility

  • Lead, develop and optimize the Wind O&M function, ensuring the operations with the high standards of Health & Safety, to maximize value, operational performance and long-term profitability of the renewable generation portfolio, maximizing financial performance, regulatory compliance and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Define and execute the O&M strategy for Wind assets across the full lifecycle
  • Standardize asset management processes, governance and KPIs across technologies and geographies
  • Maximize availability and production through proactive operational oversight and focusing on Safety First
  • Oversee O&M strategies, contract performance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive root-cause analysis and technical performance optimization
  • Ownership of annual budgets, OpEx control, CapEx planning and long-term business plans
  • Coordinate closely with trading/energy management teams to maximize revenues
  • Provide O&M leadership on M&A, divestments, refinancing and repowering opportunities
  • Lead technical, operational and contract-related due diligence activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, environmental and HSE requirements
  • Proactively manage operational, technical and financial risks
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing O&M team
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Act as senior interface with lenders, investors, partners, OEMs, regulators and internal stakeholders
  • Represent O&M at senior management and investment committees

  • Identify and deliver value-add initiatives across leasing, refurbishment, redevelopment, repositioning, operational improvement, income growth, cost control, planning and change of use.
  • Track performance against underwriting, budgets and fund targets, including occupancy, ERV, NOI, capex, IRR, equity multiple and valuation movement.
  • Manage leasing strategy, tenant relationships, rent reviews, renewals, regears, vacancies, service charge matters and retention.
  • Work with property managers to ensure strong operations, tenant service, compliance and cost control.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring and asset-level analysis
