Job Description:

The Head of Artemest Collections is responsible for leading and scaling all of Artemest’s Collections, acting as the general manager and strategic leader of the division. Artemest Collections encompasses: Collections developed in partnership with leading global interior design firms; Artemest private label collections; Additional curated or strategic collections aligned with Artemest’s brand vision (rugs, accessories, etc.). The Head of Artemest Collections owns the end-to-end strategy, P&L performance, and execution of the division, with a strong focus on four core pillars: Creative & Design Partnerships, Merchandising, Production, and Sales. This role requires a rare combination of creative sensibility, operational rigor, and commercial leadership, ensuring that each collection is both culturally relevant and commercially successful.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the CEO of Artemest Collections, defining vision, strategy, and multi-year growth roadmap
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margins, cost control, and profitability
  • Translate Artemest’s brand DNA into scalable collections with strong global appeal
  • Identify and evaluate new collection opportunities, partnerships, and markets
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Tech teams
  • Lead relationships with global interior design firms, creative directors, and design partners in tandem with the Artemest sales team
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new creative collaborations aligned with Artemest’s aesthetic and positioning
  • Oversee creative direction of collections in collaboration with designers, ensuring coherence, quality, and innovation
  • Balance creative excellence with commercial viability and production feasibility
  • Define the merchandising strategy across all collections (assortment, pricing architecture, positioning)
  • Ensure collections are curated for different channels and geographies (DTC, wholesale, distributors)
  • Oversee product lifecycle management: concept, launch, performance analysis, and optimization
  • Use data and market insights to inform product decisions and collection evolution
  • Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
  • Manage relationships with artisans, manufacturers, and strategic partners
  • Ensure scalability while preserving craftsmanship, authenticity, and sustainability values
  • Anticipate and mitigate production risks, capacity constraints, and supply chain challenges
  • Drive global sales performance across all channels: Direct-to-consumer (Artemest.com), Artemest international sales teams, Wholesale and distributor partnerships
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to define go-to-market strategies by region and channel
  • Support key accounts, distributors, and strategic clients with tailored collections and offerings
  • Monitor performance, forecast demand, and adjust strategies to maximize growth and margins
