The Head of Artemest Collections is responsible for leading and scaling all of Artemest’s Collections, acting as the general manager and strategic leader of the division. Artemest Collections encompasses: Collections developed in partnership with leading global interior design firms; Artemest private label collections; Additional curated or strategic collections aligned with Artemest’s brand vision (rugs, accessories, etc.). The Head of Artemest Collections owns the end-to-end strategy, P&L performance, and execution of the division, with a strong focus on four core pillars: Creative & Design Partnerships, Merchandising, Production, and Sales. This role requires a rare combination of creative sensibility, operational rigor, and commercial leadership, ensuring that each collection is both culturally relevant and commercially successful.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the CEO of Artemest Collections, defining vision, strategy, and multi-year growth roadmap
Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margins, cost control, and profitability
Translate Artemest’s brand DNA into scalable collections with strong global appeal
Identify and evaluate new collection opportunities, partnerships, and markets
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Tech teams
Lead relationships with global interior design firms, creative directors, and design partners in tandem with the Artemest sales team
Identify, onboard, and nurture new creative collaborations aligned with Artemest’s aesthetic and positioning
Oversee creative direction of collections in collaboration with designers, ensuring coherence, quality, and innovation
Balance creative excellence with commercial viability and production feasibility
Define the merchandising strategy across all collections (assortment, pricing architecture, positioning)
Ensure collections are curated for different channels and geographies (DTC, wholesale, distributors)
Oversee product lifecycle management: concept, launch, performance analysis, and optimization
Use data and market insights to inform product decisions and collection evolution
Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
Manage relationships with artisans, manufacturers, and strategic partners
Ensure scalability while preserving craftsmanship, authenticity, and sustainability values
Anticipate and mitigate production risks, capacity constraints, and supply chain challenges
Drive global sales performance across all channels: Direct-to-consumer (Artemest.com), Artemest international sales teams, Wholesale and distributor partnerships
Partner closely with Sales leadership to define go-to-market strategies by region and channel
Support key accounts, distributors, and strategic clients with tailored collections and offerings
Monitor performance, forecast demand, and adjust strategies to maximize growth and margins
