Job Responsibility

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all activities align with wider business goals and quality standards

Requirements

  • Native or fluent English (C1), both written and spoken
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior leadership or management role
  • Proven experience managing teams, projects, and cross-functional operations
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills
  • Experience with budgets, procurement, cost optimisation, and KPI reporting
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers
  • Background in procurement, supply chain, finance, or other fast-paced operational environments is highly desirable
  • Interest in style, branding, aesthetics, or visual presentation would be a strong advantage
  • Experience within media, entertainment, gaming, or similarly dynamic industries is a plus
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development abilities
