We’re looking for a forward-thinking analytics leader to turn data into a competitive edge in the new era of digital mobility. You’ll shape our analytics vision, translate business strategy into measurable outcomes, and build a data ecosystem that powers smarter, faster decisions through a period of transformation and increased investor visibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set the Direction: Define and drive our analytics roadmap
  • Build the Foundation: Expand and refine our data infrastructure
  • Own the Truth: Establish a single source of truth for business metrics
  • Empower the Team: Grow and mentor a cross-functional analytics crew
  • Partner to Impact: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to turn insights into action

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Analytics, BI, or Data Science
  • 4+ years of proven senior leadership in high-growth tech environments
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on ability (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Proven experience leading analytics functions in PE-backed or investor-led transformations
  • Proven track record of scaling analytics functions through critical growth phases
  • Deep understanding of core marketplace and growth metrics
  • Strong ability to connect operational KPIs with financial outcomes
  • Hands-on experience designing, scaling & working with modern data architectures
  • Skilled in building metric frameworks, event schemas, and BI environments
  • Solid foundation in data quality, lineage, testing, versioning, and monitoring best practices
  • Able to plan ahead (12–24 months)
  • Comfortable translating complex analytics into simple, powerful narratives
  • Confident in defending methodologies, assumptions, and insights under scrutiny

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing investor dashboards, management reporting packs, and value creation metrics for PE or institutional investors is a strong plus
  • Experience with digital business models (marketplace, subscription, or platform-based) is a strong plus
