Requirements:
10+ years in Analytics, BI, or Data Science
4+ years of proven senior leadership in high-growth tech environments
Balance of strategic vision and hands-on ability (e.g., SQL, Python)
Proven experience leading analytics functions in PE-backed or investor-led transformations
Proven track record of scaling analytics functions through critical growth phases
Deep understanding of core marketplace and growth metrics
Strong ability to connect operational KPIs with financial outcomes
Experience designing investor dashboards and management reporting packs
Experience with digital business models (marketplace, subscription, or platform-based)
Hands-on experience working with modern data architectures (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, dbt, orchestration frameworks)
Skilled in building metric frameworks, event schemas, and BI environments (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
Solid foundation in data quality, lineage, testing, versioning, and monitoring best practices
Able to plan ahead (12–24 months)
Comfortable translating complex analytics into simple, powerful narratives
Confident in defending methodologies, assumptions, and insights under scrutiny
Nice to have:
Experience designing investor dashboards, management reporting packs, and value creation metrics for PE or institutional investors
Experience with digital business models (marketplace, subscription, or platform-based)
