We are seeking a Data Evangelist to join our organization as we strive to create a world-class travel ecosystem through data-driven decision making. The Data Evangelist will play a critical role in shaping the future of data and analytics at our organization and will be the voice of data across the company. This person will be responsible for educating, inspiring, and empowering individuals across the organization to embrace data and analytics as a core part of their work.
Job Responsibility:
Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Collinson’s Data Products and solutions across all regions
Operate the global analytics intake, triage, and SLA framework to ensure structured support
Lead regional analytics support teams and enforce performance, responsiveness, and quality standards
Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and other materials to build data-driven culture
Embed analytics outputs into commercial, operational, and client decision-making workflows
Define and track adoption KPIs, reporting measurable impact
Eliminate shadow reporting by standardizing certified dashboards and usage governance
Develop and scale global data literacy and enablement programs aligned to business use cases
Act as an internal consultant, communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact of data & analytics
Act as the bridge between product squads and business regions, translating needs into structured improvements
Support commercial teams in articulating intelligence value in QBRs and client conversations
Continuously evolve the analytics operating model to scale with product maturity and regional complexity
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, or mathematics
Minimum 8 years of experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions
Detailed knowledge of data consumption tools for Business Intelligence, Data Science, and AI
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to a non-technical audience
Understanding of organizational change management and learning management
Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading data-driven initiatives
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop data-driven solutions
Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive change
Self-starter with a passion for data and a desire to drive innovation and change
