Job Description:

The U.S. Consumer Cards (USCC) Analytics & Pricing team is focused on delivering best in class data strategy, analytics, pricing, payments and statement capabilities leveraging cutting edge tools, processes and policies (e.g. leveraging new AI tools). The team plays a key role in driving sustained and profitable growth across Cards portfolios while carefully balancing customer experience with business objectives and rigorously ensuring adherence to all regulatory compliance standards. The Head of Analytics & Pricing will report directly to the Head of U.S. Consumer Cards and will be responsible for the management of multiple teams including Product and Customer Analytics, Next Generation Analytics Capabilities, Pricing Strategy, Statement Oversight, Pricing and Payment Governance, as well as Pricing Communications & Delivery.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of analytical work experience in financial services and financial forecasting strongly preferred
  • experience in Credit Cards Pricing
  • deep knowledge of Data Science and of Card regulations

  • Superior analytical and practical problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
