Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Head of AI Transformation & Adoption to lead enterprise-scale AI adoption across a global ADM organization of 10,000+ professionals. This leader will be responsible for defining and executing the AI transformation strategy across multiple industry verticals, client accounts, delivery units, and technology practices. The role will drive measurable business outcomes through AI-powered delivery transformation, productivity improvement, cost optimization, quality enhancement, automation, and innovation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business leadership, delivery teams, AI specialists, hyperscaler partners, and clients to create a culture of AI-first engineering and operational excellence. This is a highly strategic leadership role with accountability for enterprise-wide AI adoption, value realization, governance, and innovation.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a multi-year AI transformation roadmap for the ADM organization
  • Define AI adoption frameworks, standards, governance models, and operating procedures
  • Establish AI as a core pillar of software engineering, application support, modernization, testing, and managed services
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, Predictive AI, Machine Learning, AIOps, and Intelligent Automation across the ADM lifecycle
  • Build executive alignment and sponsorship for AI-led transformation initiatives
  • Lead implementation of AI-powered solutions across Application Development, Application Maintenance, Testing & Quality Engineering, DevOps & Platform Engineering, SRE & Operations, Cloud Engineering, Legacy Modernization, Data & Analytics
  • Drive adoption of AI coding assistants, automated testing platforms, AI-enabled documentation, knowledge management, and operations automation tools
  • Establish reusable AI assets, accelerators, frameworks, and industry-specific solutions
  • Partner with account teams to identify AI-led cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities
  • Create AI-based transformation offerings that deliver reduced effort, faster delivery cycles, improved quality, lower incident volumes, reduced technical debt, enhanced customer experience
  • Define value realization frameworks and ensure measurable client outcomes
  • Support strategic client engagements and executive discussions around AI transformation
  • Lead organization-wide AI adoption programs
  • Create AI champions network across all delivery units and verticals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 18+ years of IT services and software engineering experience
  • 8+ years leading large global delivery organizations
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Strong experience in application development, maintenance, modernization, and managed services
  • Hands-on understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, Machine Learning, and automation platforms
  • Experience delivering large-scale client transformation programs
