Citi is establishing a new, unified firmwide AI organization under a newly created Group Head of Artificial Intelligence - merging the firm's Head of AI and CTO responsibilities into a single executive accountable for AI-led transformation across every business and function. This post-merger structure is intentionally distinct from prior models and will be the engine through which Citi competes in the AI era. The Head of AI Strategy leads the Office of AI Strategy - the function responsible for setting the firm's holistic AI strategy and ensuring it is coherently connected to every business and function across Citi. As principal strategist to the Group Head of AI, this leader will define what Citi's AI ambition is, where the firm invests, which partners it bets on, and how cross-franchise AI value gets unlocked. This is a rare C-16 mandate to architect - and own - the strategic agenda for one of the most consequential transformations in global financial services.

Develop the executive narrative and supporting metrics for Citi's AI agenda - used with the Board, regulators, investors, employees, clients, and the market
Serve as a senior strategic partner to business-line CEOs and their leadership teams on AI - translating their P&L priorities into the firm's AI agenda and ensuring their voice shapes the cross-franchise strategy
