Requirements:
8+ years in customer success, professional services, and/or strategic consulting
At least 2+ years managing high-performing teams
Enterprise SaaS experience
Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent

AI-savvy with technical literacy and personal experience using AI
Builder mentality thriving in ambiguity
