Job Description:

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and scaling our AI and Data consulting practice. You’ll work closely with our leadership, delivery, and commercial teams to define our vision, guide clients on meaningful AI strategies, and build a high-performing team that brings those strategies to life. As the face of our AI expertise, you’ll help clients cut through the noise, make smart decisions, and create real business impact. Your blend of technical depth, commercial instinct, and strong relationships will be key to driving growth and delivering exceptional results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and lead a team of AI/Data Consultants who can advise clients on AI and data strategies, tools, architectures, and implementation approaches
  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams to shape marketing and go-to-market strategies aimed at winning new clients in the US and Europe
  • Own the P&L for the AI/Data Consulting unit, ensuring financial performance, scalability, and profitability
  • Conduct workshops, strategic assessments, and executive-level discussions with key customers
  • Represent Carimus and Spyrosoft externally as a credible AI voice, supporting business development, shaping proposals, and closing strategic deals
  • Define a clear vision for how AI can drive tangible business outcomes and bring that vision to clients and internal teams
  • Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, accountability, and collaboration within the team

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in AI and Data Science, with an up-to-date understanding of modern AI (LLMs, agents, MLOps, data architectures, etc.)
  • Several years of experience in AI/Data consulting or in a software company offering AI/Data advisory services
  • Demonstrated success in strategic advisory work with enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to connect technical solutions to business value and ROI
  • Prior P&L ownership or substantial commercial responsibility
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Experience hiring, developing, and leading technical consulting teams
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
