Job Description

The Head of AI – Commercial is responsible for defining and delivering the AI strategy across Commercial functions, driving measurable improvements in revenue enablement, customer insights, and overall commercial performance through the application of AI and data-driven solutions. This role operates within the enterprise AI Centre of Excellence (CoE), partnering closely with Commercial leadership to identify high-impact opportunities, deliver AI initiatives at pace, and scale solutions across the organisation. The focus is on enhancing decision-making, improving customer engagement, and enabling more effective execution of commercial strategies through responsible AI.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for the Commercial domain aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to identify high-value opportunities across sales, marketing, customer engagement, and revenue optimisation
  • Build and maintain a prioritised pipeline of AI initiatives focused on improving commercial performance and scalability
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on AI-driven opportunities and their impact on business outcomes
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Commercial AI initiatives from discovery through to deployment and adoption
