Job Description

Meta seeks a dynamic and experienced agency leader to drive growth across established and emerging business categories in Taiwan and Hong Kong. The Head of Agency will own the sales and go-to-market strategy with agencies, building and leading a high-performing, collaborative team. This role requires a strategic planning and hands-on sales coach, adept at developing talent, managing performance, and fostering solid partnerships with agency C-levels and executional teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand agency business in Taiwan and Hong Kong, architecting plans that drive revenue growth across Meta’s Family of Apps and services
  • Build, nurture, and manage a high-performing, consultative sales team. Recruit, train, mentor, and guide team members, fostering learning, collaboration, and agile performance management
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with partner agencies and clients, ensuring they maximize value from Meta’s advertising solutions. Engage at the C-suite level to deliver innovation and drive both direct response and brand advertising success
  • Lead the team in delivering a consultative sales approach, collaborating with GCR, APAC, and local market counterparts to set and execute short-term and long-term priorities
  • Introduce and maintain performance measures, processes, and systems to ensure operational rigor, sales management, and agency engagement
  • Partner with internal teams across creative, product marketing, marketing science, and solution engineering to develop and lead strategic programs that fuel business growth
  • Provide analytic insights to facilitate initiatives critical to ongoing market and regional growth
  • Foster a collaborative, people-first environment that empowers the team and encourages sharing

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience setting strategic vision, driving revenue, and achieving operational rigor through performance measures, processes, and systems
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a high performing sales teams
  • Executive presence and gravitas to inspire teams around a common vision
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and prioritize in rapidly changing environments
  • Sales management background in consultancy, client/media sales, agency, digital advertising, and marketing
  • Ability to build trust and deliver a consultative sales approach, developing solid partnerships
  • Track record of inspiring, leading, and developing others in an equitable environment
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales revenue goals and driving operational rigor through data, process, and systems
  • Solid knowledge of the digital marketing industry and direct response and branding advertising campaigns
