We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead and scale our client's affiliate programme within the sweepstakes casino space. This remote, globally distributed role puts you in charge of affiliate growth, strategic partnerships, acquisition performance, and revenue optimisation across multiple traffic channels and geographies. You will own the affiliate strategy end to end, managing high-value partnerships while building scalable acquisition frameworks that drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience within iGaming, sweepstakes, social casino, or performance marketing environments and understands CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals, player value optimisation, and affiliate compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute the affiliate marketing strategy across sweepstakes casino products
Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate partnerships
Identify, recruit, negotiate, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners and media buyers
Develop scalable acquisition strategies across SEO, PPC, streaming, influencer, email, and social traffic channels
Expand affiliate presence across key markets
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with top-tier affiliates and strategic partners
Negotiate commercial agreements including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and tenancy deals
Monitor affiliate performance and optimise deals based on traffic quality, FTDs, retention, and ROI
Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial reporting for affiliate operations
Represent the business at industry conferences, networking events, and affiliate meetings
Requirements:
4+ years' experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, sweepstakes, social casino, or performance marketing
Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and driving significant acquisition growth
Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience managing high-value affiliate partnerships
Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, attribution, and affiliate tracking platforms
Experience working with affiliate platforms and analytics tools
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Leadership experience managing affiliate teams or departments
Existing network within the iGaming or sweepstakes affiliate industry is highly advantageous
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
