Job Description

Join our client, a global media, events, and partnerships business at the heart of the iGaming world. We’re seeking a Head of Affiliate Engagement to lead high-value affiliate partnerships across events, media, and the wider ecosystem. You will be the main face of the business to affiliates, guiding growth, boosting engagement, and driving revenue through strategic collaborations. This is a senior, relationship-driven role that blends commercial focus with ecosystem development. The position is remote worldwide and does not offer relocation.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, manage, and grow senior-level affiliate relationships across markets
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Drive affiliate participation in events, content, activations, and speaking roles
  • Map the global affiliate landscape, identify opportunities, and convert relationships into deals
  • Oversee development, governance, and optimization of the affiliate network
  • Manage revenue-share partnerships and ongoing account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain CRM records for all activity

Requirements

  • Strong iGaming or betting experience with direct exposure to affiliates
  • Proven ability to manage senior affiliate stakeholders (CMOs, Partnership Leads)
  • Solid understanding of affiliate models and commercial dynamics
  • Experience with negotiation and deal management
  • Experience managing revenue-share or partnership agreements
  • Analytical ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities

Nice to have

  • Experience with event-driven businesses or VIP guest management
  • International market exposure and network within the affiliate space
  • Contracts, settlements, or revenue-share payout experience
  • Additional language skills and a proactive, outgoing style
