In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge design and precision production, turning breakthrough concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products. This role requires an individual passionate about smart technology and meticulous engineering who thrives on solving complex manufacturing challenges.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes to transform smart glasses designs into manufacturable products
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to seamlessly integrate advanced technologies with stylish, durable eyewear
  • Drive continuous improvements in production efficiency and implement rigorous quality control measures
  • Work directly with suppliers to secure the high-quality materials needed for production
  • Leverage a data-driven approach to optimize processes, reduce costs, and scale production while mitigating risks throughout the manufacturing lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • an advanced degree is a plus
  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within consumer electronics or the eyewear industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, quality control, and managing full-cycle production
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in process automation and the use of manufacturing technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
