Where You’ll Create Impact: Customer Success Management at DualEntry is a mix of traditional account management, customer support and customer success/ERP consulting. You have maximum drive to build a first-of-kind, world-class Customer Success Management team from the ground up, in one of the most competitive (and archaic) B2B software industries - ERP - in the world. Compensation & Benefits: Equity: $150,000+; Base salary: $140,000 to $220,000; Variable compensation (renewals/upsells/etc.): $20,000 to $50,000.
