As Head of Accelerator Hub at Inetum Belgium, you will report to the Marketing & Sales Director and drive business growth into your territory, which primarily includes Public Sector and Automotive Sector clients. You are responsible for sales performance monitoring, the development of initiatives, and the optimization of sales renumeration plans while creating a winning sales culture. Additionally, you will handle forecasting, reporting, and ensuring uniform processes across the sales organization.
Job Responsibility:
Create a winning sales culture with a focus on growth and development
Identify actions to be taken in consultation with marketing, sales management, and business lines
Ensure planned implementation in support of achieving sales targets
Accelerate growth within territory through existing Frame agreements
Develop initiatives to support employee life cycle in sales organization, such as onboarding and development of sales skills
Set up strong diligence in following-up business activities
Determine commercial review framework in line with financial forecasting and budgeting
Coordinate with Group Sales Operations
Develop and implement reporting, templates, and measurements to realize sales plan
Organize support for annual and regular preparation of business plans
Be project manager for management and optimization of sales renumeration plan
Requirements:
Combine technology & IT sector know-how, public sector expertise, business acumen, familiarity with marketing, and a prior experience of minimum 5 years leading a sales team
Proven track record of people development and demonstrated leadership skills
Can create a drumbeat in flow
Motivation and drive to lead positive change in people
Understanding and ability to apply concepts like lead generation, sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM data analysis
Communication and public speaking skills
Ability to connect across different levels of matrix organization and build trust
