This role is responsible for ensuring excellent levels of support for all students at Central Saint Martins. Committed to enabling all students to become confident independent learners you will lead and coordinate a programme of support for students’ learning and assessment at Central Saint Martins. Used to working collaboratively, you will enhance student experience, contributing to high levels of student retention, continuation and attainment as well as student satisfaction You will bring learning development expertise to academic developments in the College, with a commitment to inclusive pedagogic practice and an understanding of creative education. Requirements:
Strong background in Higher Education
Deep commitment to learning development and study skills for students
Understanding of the needs of students in creative education
Knowledge of effective approaches to supporting students in their teaching, learning and assessment
Ability to lead and manage a cross-college Academic Support team
Adept at planning service delivery, managing resources and solving problems with creativity and resilience
Committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels welcomed and supported
