Job Responsibility

Lead the hotel’s cocktail and bar program, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment
Develop and maintain menus, recipes, presentation standards, and service rituals
Oversee bar execution with Bar Managers, ensuring operational excellence and luxury service standards
Manage beverage cost, inventory, waste, and menu profitability
Recruit, train, and develop bar teams

Deliver elevated guest experiences and represent the beverage program for VIPs, events, and activations
Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, safety standards, and company policies
