Job Responsibility

Leading and supporting the Kitchen Porter team on a day-to-day basis
Maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
Supporting the upkeep of our 5-star food hygiene rating
Stock ordering and control of cleaning supplies
Training and onboarding new Kitchen Porter team members
Ensuring all health & safety and food hygiene legislation is followed at all times
Working closely with the kitchen management team to uphold high operational standards
