Job Description:

There is an urgent opening in an adhesive, chemical manufacturing company for the position of Head International Operations. The role involves overseeing manufacturing processes for plants outside India, implementing strategies for optimal service, quality, and cost control, and driving continuous improvement projects.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the manufacturing process for the manufacturing plants outside India
Develop & implement strategies to ensure optimal service, quality, cost control & process improvement across the units to aid the business performance
Establish strategy & best practices for staff to ensure the achievement of overall business objectives
Work proactively with the product line management, engineering, service & other departments to incorporate best practices into the manufacturing environment
Drive Continuous improvement Projects in Units along with Unit Heads to improve Productivity & optimize utilization of Man, Machine & Material
Ensuring minimal manufacturing cost & maximum capacity utilization through optimal utilization of man, material & machine through Unit heads

Requirements:

Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing & supply chain with exposure to international manufacturing locations particularly Middle East and South East Asia
B.E/ B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical)
