Mumbai, Maharashtra. Permanent. Job category: Administrative & Support Services. Experience Essentials: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Create a learning environment & bringing in best practices from across. Driving and conducting needs analysis, creating training plans/road maps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs. Serve as a strategic partner: Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies that support the overall business goals. Talent management: Oversee the full talent management cycle from recruitment, selection, and onboarding to performance management, training, and career development. Employee relations: Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues, ensuring that all policies and practices are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements. Compensation and benefits: Develop, implement and maintain a competitive and fair compensation and benefits package that aligns with the organization's goals and budget. HR Operations: Manage and oversee HR operations, including employee data management, payroll, compliance, and reporting. Change management: Lead organizational change management initiatives, including organizational redesign, restructuring, and workforce planning. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required; a Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA or related field preferred. At least 15-18 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
