Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing HR functions in Manufacturing setup including Pay roll, Labor management, Recruitments/ Talent Acquisition, Retention, Skill Development, Training & PMS, KPA/ KRA- HRMS, Employee Engagement, Culture change management, Worked on softwares, Legal Compliances, Handled Local bodies, Admin and Handled Events.

Preference for multiple plant handling
