Head Housekeeper

• Lead the housekeeping team to keep every area spotless
• Manage the cleaning rota and daily schedules
• Lead by example and support your team
• Oversee laundry for personal and shared items
• Order cleaning products and supplies
• Follow and update infection control procedures
• Keep records and complete cleaning checks
• Ensure safety and COSHH guidelines are met

• Housekeeping experience
• Team leadership skills
• Organised
• Awareness of Health & Safety and infection control
• Friendly, positive, and kind
• Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Comfortable with technology or open to learning
