Job Description:

As our Head Host, you will be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring they receive the warmest of welcomes, and supporting the Reception Manager in guiding the team and running a smooth operation. We are looking for someone passionate and very hospitable in their approach to customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service
  • Manage reservations, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
  • Assist supervisors and management with developing the team
