Requirements

Experience in leading and managing a team within a horticulture environment i.e., organising & allocating shifts, delegating tasks etc.
Horticultural knowledge is a must
experience in propagation, design and bedding of plants, tree planting, shrub identification and a wider horticulture background
General Grounds Maintenance duties in addition to the above including, mowing, strimming, weeding of sites including roundabouts and beds in local area
Overall understanding of health and safety procedures
