Job Description:

Lead the festive fun at the Harlequin Centre, Watford - guiding our team of elves and helping Santa deliver unforgettable moments to families this Christmas. As Head Elf, you'll be the heart of the grotto.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Christmas experience and elf team
Keep the sleigh running smoothly
Support Santa
Ensure every child's visit is filled with wonder, joy, and magic
Create a truly immersive experience for every child who steps into the grotto

Requirements:

Warm, confident, and friendly personality
Can lead a small team with positivity and festive energy
Loves working with children and creating magical moments
Highly organised and calm under pressure
Can commit to all key festive dates
