As our Head Dental Nurse, you'll lead by example, supporting the nursing team while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and maintaining the highest clinical standards. Alongside chairside nursing across a wide range of treatments, including restorative dentistry, endodontics and implants, you'll oversee infection prevention and control, stock management, equipment servicing and maintenance, clinical audits, compliance processes, and the induction and support of new nursing team members. This is a varied role with real responsibility and plenty of opportunities to continue developing your leadership skills. With no evenings, weekends or bank holiday working, you'll enjoy a fantastic work-life balance while building a rewarding career.
