Job Description:

The Head Concierge plays a key leadership role in creating exceptional guest experiences and serving as a trusted ambassador of the hotel and the city. This position oversees all Concierge operations, ensuring that every guest receives personalized, anticipatory service that reflects Four Seasons standards of warmth, efficiency, and local expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and coordinate all Concierge operations, including Airport Greeters, Limousine Drivers, and guest service requests
  • Ensure the prompt and professional handling of guest messages, mail, packages, flowers, and other deliveries
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of local attractions, dining, theater, arts, cultural events, and leisure activities to provide expert recommendations and arrange tickets, tours, and reservations
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses and service providers to ensure exclusive access and tailored experiences for guests
  • Develop and maintain close rapport with frequent and VIP guests, ensuring that their preferences and expectations are consistently met and communicated to the Reservations and Front Office teams
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Reservations, Concierge and Bell Staff, to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Concierge team to deliver intuitive, guest-focused service at all times

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Head Concierge in a luxury hotel environment
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Deep passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of the local area and ability to anticipate guests’ needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
  • A professional, poised, and polished presence that embodies the spirit of service excellence
  • You must possess the legal right to work in Italy
  • Have fluency in English and Italian
