We've got an exciting opportunity for a Head Concierge to join our team onsite at International Towers in Barangaroo! In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service, and assisting with the overall presentation of the property which have direct impact on our Tenant Partners, their guests and visitors. This role works a rotating roster between 7:00am – 7:30pm, Monday – Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Assist and support the Concierge team to ensure they deliver the very best service at all times
Assist the building management team accordingly
Assume responsibility for all Front of House areas ensuring they are presentable at all times
Report anything which requires attention
Understand the International Towers Foundations, brand and community standards
Assist with Customer Events and Engagement Program designed to engage across multiple levels within customer organisations
Assist with the customer service training for Service Partners & International Towers Team
Take ownership of the presentation of the property, ensuring the property always presents in a manner consistent with a Premium Grade Building
Provide recommendations for improvement where required
Requirements:
