As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading a busy, high-performing kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and authentic Italian food standards at all times.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision, rotas, and training
Deliver consistently high-quality Italian dishes, ensuring presentation and taste meet company standards
Train, mentor, and develop chefs and kitchen staff
Manage food costs, stock levels, and reduce waste
Work with senior management and development kitchen (Lina Cucina) on menus and specials
Maintain high standards in line with UK food safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and fresh pasta (preferred)
Experience managing kitchen teams, rotas, and stock control
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
Strong leadership and communication skills
