Requirements:

Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard
Ensure all food is freshly made on site
Work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
Manage a café and coffee bar operation, including hospitality service (breakfast, lunch, deli offer, soup and salad bar) with approx. 400 transactions per day
Ensure food is produced in a timely manner
Manage stock and ensure all ingredients are available
Plan and develop menus in line with client and customer expectations
Bring creativity to menu planning
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Take overall responsibility for managing and leading the kitchen team
Provide regular feedback, support and coaching to team members
Ensure all team members are up to date with COSHH and Food Hygiene training
