We’re recruiting for a Head Chef in Manchester to lead a busy kitchen operation with an early finish every day and no weekend work. As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service are consistently delivered.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all kitchen operations
Plan and prepare fresh, high-quality menus
Manage stock control and ordering
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Maintain excellent presentation and service standards
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead from the front, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service are consistently delivered
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
