Head Chef

• Leading, inspiring, and developing the Santa Marta kitchen team
• Overseeing menu delivery and seasonal innovation while maintaining brand consistency
• Driving food quality, service speed, and consistency across all services
• Managing kitchen operations including stock, ordering, labour control, and GP performance
• Implementing training and development plans for chefs at all levels
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Collaborating with restaurant leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Representing the brand’s culinary identity and supporting business growth

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led restaurant
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for pizza, casual dining concepts, and modern hospitality
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and food costs
• A calm, organised, and hands-on leadership style
• Fluent English required (Portuguese beneficial but not essential)
• Genuine passion for food, people, and hospitality
