Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a brigade of 15+ chefs
Shape and evolve a seasonal, Mediterranean-led menu
Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
Deliver strong food cost control, stock management and GP performance
Oversee rotas, payroll costs and kitchen operations
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, compliance and cleanliness
Collaborate closely with senior management and front-of-house leadership
Requirements:
Proven Head Chef experience in a high-volume, quality-led environment
Strong commercial awareness and cost control expertise
