Job Responsibility:
Lead, develop and inspire a team of 15+ chefs
Own menu creation and evolve a diverse, high-volume offering (Thai + pub classics)
Drive consistency, speed and quality across all service periods
Partner with senior stakeholders on food direction and performance
Be hands-on in service while leading from the front
Manage financial performance — food cost, labour and forecasting
Build a strong, engaged and high-performing kitchen culture
Requirements:
Proven Head Chef with 3+ years experience
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Confident operating at a senior level while staying close to the pass
