Job Responsibility:
Oversee all kitchen operations with precision and pace
Drive food quality, presentation, consistency and margin control
Lead menu execution across grill, seasonal specials and core favourites
Coach, mentor and develop your brigade, building future kitchen leaders
Manage GP, stock control and labour performance in line with targets
Collaborate with the senior team on innovation and continuous improvement
Ensure a safe, compliant and well-organised kitchen environment
Requirements:
Experience as a Head Chef
Ability to lead a kitchen team
Commercial awareness
