Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that exceed guest expectations
Create innovative and diverse menus that reflect seasonal offerings and cater to various dietary preferences
Ensure consistent quality in food preparation, presentation, and service
Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
Creative flair and passion for culinary excellence
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Knowledge of current food trends and techniques
Certification in culinary arts or a related field is a plus
