Job Description:

Stonefield Castle as a reputation for superb quality food in stunning surroundings making the very best of Loch Fyne's larder of world renowned seafood and Game. Charged with the management of a small team with big ambitions you will be calm, controlled with great attention to detail and a constant desire to improve.

Job Responsibility:

Menu Design, costing, implementation
Supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team and comply with food and health and safety regulations
Stock Ordering, control, minimisation of wastage and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained
Working with fantastic produce to produce quality dishes that compliment the surroundings and exceed the expectations of our guests
Play a key role as a senior manager within the business to ensure the entire hotel team are well looked after

Requirements:

Strong experience, ideally 2 years in a similar position
Ability to deliver great service to guests
Passionate about hospitality
Reliable
Willing to learn as part of a growing team
