Requirements:
Drive standards and develop and motivate kitchen team
Lead from the front, setting and maintaining highest standards of food quality and consistency
Manage effective kitchen controls to achieve good gross profit, efficient ordering and stock control
Drive excellent compliance and standards in health, hygiene and food safety
Motivated to join the management team of the Pub and the bigger Chef community within Barons
Attend training workshops and team meetings
Ensure customer expectations are exceeded every time with the FOH team
