We are looking for a talented passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary program especially at night and set the standard for exceptional dining at Running Y Resort. Job Responsibility
Menu development, kitchen management and quality standards
Oversee, mentor, and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff
Source and build relationships with local and regional food purveyors
Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to meet budget goals
Collaborate with resort leadership on seasonal menus and special events
Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
Creative culinary vision with a passion for local, seasonal ingredients
Solid knowledge of food costings, ordering, and kitchen operations
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
