Head Chef

We’re currently recruiting an ambitious Head Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Compass Group Ireland on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. This role is based at a busy, high-footfall leisure and education venue offering interactive, family-focused experiences. The site sees strong seasonal demand, particularly during summer and weekends, catering to a wide range of customers including families, school groups, and corporate visitors. The position operates mainly daytime hours, with weekend working required and no evening or night shifts, supporting a strong work-life balance. Free on-site parking is also available. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding culinary experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
